NERD-OUT AND RIDE WITH US

BECOME A LIFE-LONG REVELER

We launched Revel Bikes to support our passion and achieve our goal: to build the absolute best bikes—ever. We are always looking for passionate individuals to add to our team, and the first, most important qualification is your desire to work with us.

We offer a great working environment where the entire team is dedicated to designing, making, servicing, and thinking all things bikes. Oh, and the standard stuff like competitive salaries, a long list of personal development incentive programs, healthcare that works and a bunch of good excuses to go ride your bike!

  • Part-time (20–30 hrs/week), potential full-time

About Revel

Revel is a high end mountain bike company based in Golden, Colorado. We build bikes we genuinely believe in and ride ourselves, and we care deeply about how they perform on the trail.

We’re a small, focused team coming into a new chapter of the business. The goal is simple: build the best bikes, provide the best customer service, and grow the brand in a way that feels authentic to who we are all while having the most fun.

The Role

We’re looking for a Content Creator & Social Operator to help bring Revel to life every day.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on creating and posting content consistently. You’ll work directly with Adam (Founder) and the core team at Revel, including Mike (Product and Creative Director) and Chris (Brand), to capture what’s happening on the trail, in the shop, and behind the scenes, and turn it into content that represents the brand well.

What You’ll Do

CONTENT CREATION

  • Capture content regularly (rides, products, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle)
  • iPhone is totally fine for short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
  • For photo posts, you should be comfortable using a camera and producing higher-quality images suitable for Instagram and Facebook.

EDITING

  • Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Keep it clean, engaging, and on-brand (not overproduced)

SOCIAL POSTING & MANAGEMENT

  • Post consistently (ideally daily)
  • Write captions in the Revel voice (we’ll help guide this)
  • Schedule and manage the content calendar
  • Cross-post to Facebook and other channels

ENGAGEMENT

  • Respond to comments and DMs (as needed)
  • Help keep the brand active and responsive

What This Role Is NOT

  • Not a Head of Marketing
  • Not responsible for paid ads
  • Not responsible for email/SMS (Klaviyo)
  • Not expected to own overall marketing strategy

What We’re Looking For

MUST-HAVES:

  • You’re a passionate, die-hard mountain biker
  • You already create content and are comfortable behind a camera
  • You can shoot and edit content efficiently
  • You understand social media (especially Instagram)
  • Experience editing short-form video
  • You’re consistent, reliable, and proactive
  • You have strong taste and a good eye for what looks right

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with basic cameras (no need to be a pro, just comfortable)
  • Familiarity with the bike industry

What Success Looks Like

  • We are posting consistently and showing up every day
  • The brand feels active, current, and authentic
  • Content reflects the product and riding experience well
  • We build steady engagement and momentum over time

How to Apply

Send us:

  1. Your resume
  2. Links to any social accounts or content you’ve created
  3. A short note on why you want this role

Bonus points:
Send 2–3 ideas for content you’d create for Revel.

Final Note

You’ll be working closely with a small team and have direct exposure to the brand, product, and day-to-day operations.

If you care about bikes, enjoy creating content, and want to be part of building something the right way, we’d love to hear from you.

To apply, email us your resume and cover letter with the position title you’re interested in as the subject to careers@revelbikes.com.

Just because we don’t have a position for you doesn’t mean we don’t want you on the team! If you have an idea of where you can help us out, feel free to send in a one page pitch with your resume for our review and to file for future consideration.
