We stand behind our products
We’re pleased to offer lifetime warranty to the original purchaser of any of our bikes, whether you buy it from us or from one of our amazing retailers. If you buy the bike directly from us, we’re also pleased to offer a no-questions-asked, 30-day return policy. If you are not happy with your Revel product for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase, we will refund 100% of your money. However, if you purchased a Revel bike with any customized options, we may charge up to a 25% restocking fee on those non-standard parts. Please register your bike below so you can take advantage of this warranty program just in case you ever need to.
