This Revel Rover is in good mechanical shape with some cosmetic flaws as pictured. The bike carries a full factory warranty. IMPORTANT NOTE: This frame is a factory second that was produced without tube-in-tube internal cable routing guides. The frame is otherwise identical to a standard Rover frame.
