About Revel Bikes

Revel Bikes is a premium mountain bike company headquartered in Golden, Colorado, with operations in both the United States and Taiwan.

We design and build high-performance mountain bikes for riders who care deeply about the ride experience. Since relaunching the company in 2025, we've been rebuilding Revel as a lean, founder-led business focused on exceptional products, efficient operations, and sustainable long-term growth.

Today, Revel sells bikes directly to customers around the world and operates a unique business model that combines Colorado-based product development, brand building, and customer experience with world-class manufacturing and operational capabilities in Asia.

Our goal isn't to become the biggest bike company in the world. Our goal is to become one of the best.

Why This Role Exists

Revel has exceptional products, passionate customers, strong media relationships, talented people, and great stories to tell. The opportunity is making sure more riders hear about them. We're looking for someone who wakes up every morning thinking about one question: "What should Revel do next to sell more bikes?"

This role exists to answer that question. You'll own Revel's day-to-day growth marketing strategy, customer communication strategy, digital marketing execution, and ecommerce growth initiatives. You'll help ensure that great ideas don't stay ideas. You'll help turn them into campaigns, customer journeys, emails, SMS messages, advertising initiatives, website experiences, and ultimately bike sales.

This is not a social media coordinator role. This is not a graphic design role. This is a strategic growth role focused on revenue, customer acquisition, customer retention, ecommerce, digital marketing, and helping more riders discover some of the best mountain bikes in the world.

What You’ll Do

GROWTH STRATEGY

  • Own Revel's day-to-day growth marketing strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue, customer acquisition, retention, conversion rates, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Work directly with leadership to prioritize initiatives and drive measurable business growth.

You'll constantly be asking:

  • What products should we be promoting?
  • What markets should we focus on?
  • What customer segments should we target?
  • What content should we amplify?
  • What campaigns should we launch next?
  • How can we improve results?

CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS & CONTENT STRATEGY

You'll own Revel's customer communication strategy across all major digital channels. You'll oversee and coordinate communication across:

  • Email marketing
  • SMS marketing
  • Social media
  • Paid advertising
  • Website promotions
  • Product launches
  • Customer retention campaigns

You'll also own Revel's marketing and content calendar, ensuring content is strategically deployed across channels and aligned with business objectives.

We're not looking for someone to simply schedule content. We're looking for someone who understands how content, communication, and timing work together to drive revenue.

PRODUCT LAUNCH AMPLIFICATION

At Revel, product strategy, creative direction, and launch vision are led by company leadership. Your role is to maximize the commercial impact of those efforts. When a new bike launches, a major review goes live, a media feature is published, or new content becomes available, you'll identify opportunities to extend its reach and convert attention into sales.

Examples include:

  • Follow-up email campaigns
  • SMS campaigns
  • Retargeting initiatives
  • Paid advertising
  • Customer segmentation
  • Website merchandising
  • International targeting strategies
  • Content repurposing
  • Performance analysis and optimization

Success means ensuring the value of a launch continues long after launch day.

PAID MEDIA & CUSTOMER ACQUISITION

  • Manage and improve Meta advertising efforts.
  • Develop strategies for audience expansion, customer acquisition, and efficient growth.
  • Monitor performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, Conversion rates, Revenue Contribution, and Customer Acquisition Efficiency
  • Work with outside specialists when appropriate while maintaining ownership of overall strategy and performance.

EMAIL, SMS & RETENTION MARKETING

You'll own Revel's customer marketing strategy. You'll work closely with our Shopify and Klaviyo specialists to improve:

  • Customer journeys
  • Automated flows
  • Segmentation
  • Retention programs
  • Lifecycle marketing

Your goal is to increase customer engagement, repeat purchases, and revenue generated through owned marketing channels.

ECOMMERCE & CONVERSION OPTIMIZATION

  • Help improve website conversion rates and overall customer experience.
  • Analyze customer behavior and ecommerce performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Work closely with internal and external resources to improve:

  • Merchandising
  • Landing pages
  • Promotions
  • Product presentation
  • Conversion rates
  • Customer experience

INTERNATIONAL GROWTH

Revel sells bikes globally and operates teams in both North America and Asia.

You'll help identify growth opportunities across international markets while considering seasonality, customer behavior, inventory availability, logistics, and regional differences.

This may include initiatives targeting markets such as Australia, Europe, Asia, and other international regions as opportunities arise.

ANALYTICS, REPORTING & TECHNOLOGY

Maintain marketing and ecommerce reporting. Track key performance indicators across channels and provide recommendations based on data.

You'll also be expected to stay at the forefront of ecommerce, AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging marketing technologies.

We're looking for someone who naturally embraces innovation and enjoys finding smarter ways to operate.

How You'll Work With The Team

This role reports directly to Adam Miller, CEO.

You'll work closely with company leadership and operate as a peer to other department leaders across the organization.

You will collaborate regularly with:

  • Major business initiatives

Mike Giese, Director of Product & Creative

  • Product strategy

Your role is to connect them and develop the day-to-day growth initiatives, customer communications, and digital marketing strategies that help transform great products and great stories into measurable business results.

Working Across A Global Team

Revel operates globally, with team members, vendors, and operational partners across North America and Asia.

The ideal candidate is comfortable collaborating across cultures, time zones, and international teams.

You'll regularly coordinate with team members in Colorado, Taiwan, the Philippines, and other international partners as part of Revel's global operations.

Success in this role requires strong communication, adaptability, cultural awareness, and the ability to move projects forward across distributed teams.
