Every Revel bike is built, test ridden, and dialed before it leaves our shop, then carefully packed so it shows up ready to ride.

Frames typically ship within 2–5 days, while complete bikes usually ship in 3–7 days. During busy periods, it can take a bit longer. We’d rather take the extra time and get it right.

We do our best to list current lead times by size and build in the product description above in cases where build times are longer than this. If you need a more precise estimate, feel free to reach out, we’re always happy to help!

Our goal is to get any Revel frame or bike to you, anywhere in the world, in about 5–10 days.

Every Revel bicycle frame is covered by a limited warranty to the original owner and a lifetime crash replacement policy. Here’s the legal language:
The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, including manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product. The warranty does not cover any damage or defects caused by abuse, accidents, or other incidents that are not the result of normal use of the product.
