BUILDING A LIFE AROUND BIKES
Revel Bikes is an engineering-driven company built by friends obsessed with riding bikes. We are a small team focused on collaboration, balance, and creating the best products we can.
Great bikes don’t come from meetings and spreadsheets (although we have a bunch of those). They come from time on trail debating geometry, kinematics, and materials amongst friends who genuinely care about the ride. We think that process shows in every bicycle we bring to market and in the way we do business.
WE ARE LIFE-LONG BIKE REVELERS
A FINE MIX OF DIRT-BAG BIKERS, DIE-HARD CREATORS, AND AVID ENTREPRENEURS
Revel Bikes is rider-owned and passion-driven. We build the bikes we want to ride, and we’ve built the company the same way - intentionally, independently, and with a deep gratitude for the communities that shape us. Our goal is simple: to make the best bikes we can and share them with riders everywhere.
Today, Revel is headquartered in Golden, Colorado, with deep roots (and some team members) still based in Carbondale, where it all began. We’re fortunate to ride and work across some of the best terrain in the state, from Front Range foothills to high-alpine backcountry.
We build bikes for the places we ride every day, and for revelers everywhere who value the same sense of freedom and joy on a bike.
MEET OUR CREW
-
Adam Miller
Founder, Owner, and CEO
Born in Alaska, it’s no coincidence Adam’s entry into the biking industry started with fat bikes. Once finishing school at Colorado College, the lower 48 had won him over and with the exception of a brief stop in Utah, has called Colorado home since. Now with Revel V2 up and running, the sky is the limit for Adam and for Revel!
-
Mike Giese
Director of Product
Mike rejoins the Revel crew based in our neighboring mountain town of Salt Lake City, UT. He was one of the original engineers contributing to the design of the first Rascal, Ranger, and Rail bikes. He brings major experience in designing unique and the highest quality bikes and also a unique eye for design that is unmatched. But engineering the best bikes isn’t all that occupies Mike’s time. He also is one of the best bike riders we know and we’re always eager for his visits to CO to get the whole crew out together!
-
Chris Reichel
Director of Stoke
Part of the original founding team and our stoke leader. Chris, also knows as "Dirty", has helped to lead Revel to where it is today with his storytelling and marketing skills. One of the most down to earth individuals, you'll be happy to catch him out on the trails.
-
Dane Olson
Director of Operations
With as often as people are reaching out to Dane in the office, we sure are lucky he’s always up for just about anything. Joining us from Tahoe City, Dane doesn’t sit out for much… whether he’s rounding the crew for an evening softball game, hanging off a drift boat fishing the fork, or leading gondola laps on Aspen Mountain, we always can count on Dane for keeping the nose down river while we’re ripping through the rapids.
-
Julie Young
Controller and Human Resources
Our go-to gal… soft spoken and easy going, Julie is much more than your number crunching desk jockey. It’s often you’ll find Julie turning into work with the adventure rig packed up and ready to roll to the desert, the mountains and everything in between the moment he clock hits 5. Julie takes all of our bikes to the limits… look for Julie stacking miles in the high country on her custom Ranger, ripping bike park with the crew on Tuesdays, or taking her little one to Crown Mountain Park for pump track laps, Julie is our fearless leader who is always encouraging Revel to be brave, lean in and push the limits.
