RETURN POLICY
At Revel Bikes, we want you to absolutely love your bike. As a small, rider-owned company, we’re pretty stoked to offer a generous return policy to give you confidence in your purchase. That said, there are a few details we ask you to respect. These help us keep our prices reasonable while continuing to deliver the best customer service we possibly can.
If for any reason you’re not really happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy to make it right.
You may return your bike within 30 days of delivery if you’re not completely satisfied. If the fit isn’t quite right, we also offer a fit guarantee and will help swap your frame to the correct size at no charge.
We believe in our bikes and stand behind them, but we do ask that you treat this policy with a bit of respect. It’s here to help if something isn’t right, not to function as a free demo program. Help us keep it alive and we’ll keep doing right by you.
Here are the details
Standard-priced bikes (lower 48 states):
Returns are accepted within 30 days. We’ll refund your original purchase, including outbound shipping, but return shipping is on you. No restocking fee.
On-sale bikes:
30-day returns are accepted. Customers are responsible for actual shipping costs both ways, and a 10% restocking fee applies.
Outside the lower 48 states:
Returns are accepted within 30 days. Customers are responsible for actual shipping and tax costs both ways.
Custom / non-standard builds:
Items ordered or built specifically for you may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. This includes custom hub or spoke colors, special-order components, and parts not normally offered on our website.
Order cancellations:
Canceled orders are subject to a 3% service charge to cover non-refundable payment processing fees. (If you bought a bike on a Friday night after a couple beers and woke up Saturday with a different plan…we get it. But unfortunately, the credit card companies still take their cut.)
Returned bikes must be in good condition with no major crashes or excessive thrashing. If something happens or the bike just isn’t feeling right, give us a call. We’re really really good at finding solutions and making sure you end up stoked. We also offer a generous crash replacement program.

WARRANTY POLICY
Every Revel bicycle frame is covered by a limited warranty to the original owner and a lifetime crash replacement policy. Here’s the legal language: The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, including manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product. The warranty does not cover any damage or defects caused by abuse, accidents, or other incidents that are not the result of normal use of the product. All Revel frames must be registered for this warranty within 30 days of the date of purchase with Revel Bikes.
All other Revel-brand products (for example, thru axles) are covered by a one-year (1-year) warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, including manufacturing defects. It does not cover any damage or defect caused by abuse, accidents, or other incidents that are not the result of normal use of the product. These bicycle frame and Revel-branded part warranties do not cover wear and tear accrued under normal use.
All Revel products must be returned to Revel for warranty repairs and/or replacement. Revel will, in its sole discretion, determine if the damage or defect is within the warranty terms and either repair or replace the product. If Revel determines the defect or damage is not within the warranty terms (i.e., caused by an incident unrelated to defects or a result of normal wear and tear), Revel may nonetheless, in its sole discretion, permit the customer to purchase a “crash replacement” product at a discounted price.
Revel will pay for all reasonable shipping costs related to warranty claims. To get the process rolling quick, send us an email and we will get in contact with you and back on your bike as soon as possible.
Revel Wheel Warranty Update
With our former manufacturing partner CSS closing their doors, we know warranty service for Revel carbon wheels has been difficult. We’re committed to supporting our riders, so we’ve partnered with Industry Nine to provide replacement and rebuild options.
While the process isn’t perfect, we’re splitting the costs with customers to make sure you have a clear path forward if you damage a Revel carbon wheel. For details, please contact our warranty team at warranty@revelbikes.com
