At Revel, we spend a lot of time in the shop dreaming up ideas, testing theories, and building things that may never see a production line. We think that process is worth sharing.
Revel Concept Labs is our way of pulling back the curtain on the work that happens before a bike becomes a bike. These are our weird geometry experiments, one-off prototypes, and new methods of manufacturing that we dive into. They help us constantly learn and make better bikes.

We are bike nerds and always have been. We're the kind of people who get genuinely excited about a new pivot location, lose sleep over suspension kinematics, and can't help but bring a half-finished prototype to the trailhead just to feel what it does. Concept Labs is the natural extension of that obsession, a place where we share the stuff we're stoked on before it's polished, packaged, or production ready.

Some of what you'll see here will eventually become a real Revel product and some of it won't. Either way, we'd rather be in conversation with the people who ride our bikes than quietly disappear into a development cycle.
