Shipping and order processing times may fluctuate depending on order demand and the global shipping environment. Revel will notify the customer of our best estimated shipping lead time, however, these times are subject to change due to part availability and supply chain constraints. Complete bikes are fully assembled, test ridden, and then disassembled before they are carefully packed into our shipping cartons.
This process requires great attention to detail to ensure the best ride quality of our bikes right out of the box and we appreciate your patience with build timeframes.

Every Revel bicycle frame is covered by a limited warranty to the original owner and a lifetime crash replacement policy. Here’s the legal language:
The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, including manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product. The warranty does not cover any damage or defects caused by abuse, accidents, or other incidents that are not the result of normal use of the product.

WHAT IS A CLASS 1 eMTB?
Class 1: eBikes that are pedal-assist only, with no throttle, and have a maximum assisted speed of 20 mph.
DOES THE RERUN HAVE THE BOSCH SMART SYSTEM?
Yes, The Bosch Performance Line SX motor is part of the Bosch Smart System. This includes all other Bosch components on the bike like the battery, mini remote, and system controller display
DO ALL SIZES USE MX WHEELS?
Yes all sizes are designed to use MX wheelsets meaning a 29" front wheel and 27.5" rear wheel
WHAT SHOCK SIZE AND MOUNTING HARDWARE ARE USED ON THE RERUN?
The shock size is 230x65mm. The mounting hardware is 25x8mm.
CAN I USE A COIL SHOCK ON THE RERUN?
Yes, the ReRun can fit coil shocks and large air can shocks like the Rockshox Vivid Air and the Fox X2 Air.
CAN I USE A LONGER SHOCK TO GET MORE TRAVEL OUT OF THE RERUN?
No you cannot as the ReRun frame was designed specifically for a 165mm travel shock. Changing this will void the warranty.
CAN I USE AN ANGLE-ADJUSTABLE STYLE HEADSET WITH THE RERUN?
The ReRun is designed to perform optimally with its stock headset configuration. We have not tested it with angle-adjustable headsets, so we can’t guarantee proper fit or performance with those setups. Please note that installing an angle-adjustable headset will void the frame the frame warranty.
WHAT CHAINRING SIZE DOES THE RERUN ACCOMODATE?
The ReRun is designed to fit 32-36t round chainrings. 36T (round) max for all sizes.
CAN I USE AN AFTERMARKET CHAINGUIDE WITH THE RERUN?
The ReRun incudes a chainguide that is specifically designed for and direct mounts to the frame.
WHAT IS THE MAX TRAVEL FORK THAT I CAN PUT ON MY RERUN?
The ReRun is designed with a 170mm fork with a 596mm axle to crown length. The ReRun is compatible with a 180mm fork that does not exceed a 596mm axle to crown.
CAN I USE A DUAL CROWN FORK ON THE RERUN?
Yes, as long as the axle to crown measurement does not exceed 596mm.
HOW FAST DOES THE RERUN GO?
The Bosch SX motor on the ReRun will offer assistance up to 20mph (32kph) for North American markets.
WHERE IS THE SPEED SENSOR ON THE RERUN?
We use the DT Swiss rim magnet that can be found inside the tire attached to the bead of the rim using the valve.
IS THE BATTERY AN INTEGRATED OR REMOVABLE TYPE?
The Bosch CPT400 battery is an integrated type battery that is mounted into the downtube of the ReRun. Removal of the drive unit is required to remove the battery from the frame.
CAN I USE A RANGE EXTENDER WITH THE RERUN?
Yes! The Bosch PowerMore 250 range extender is available for purchase from your local bike shop. This will add 62.5% more watt hours bringing the total capcity to 600Wh.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY OF THE BOSCH SYSTEM ON THE RERUN?
All Bosch products have a 2-year warranty.
TELL ME ABOUT THE POWER OUTPUT OF THE RERUN MOTOR
We use a 400Wh battery offering a rated continuous output of 250w and a max power output of 600w. The Performance Line SX motor will give you 340% support.
WHERE DOES THE PERFORMANCE LINE SX MOTOR FIT IN THE BOSCH LINEUP?
It offers 55Nm of torque at only 4.4 pounds in weight, the lightest drive unit in the Bosch range. Designed for lighter eMTBs, this motor line is designed for a mid-power experience but still offers peak assistance and power that rivals the heavier systems.
DOES THE RERUN HAVE A HILL START ASSIST/WALK ASSIST MODE?

Going down the hill is where the smiles really began to form on the Revel ReRun. Both Cole and Patrick stated that the Revel was the most playful long-travel eBike on test, even competing with some of the shorter-travel trail bikes for pure fun factor.
