Shipping and returns

Shipping and order processing times may fluctuate depending on order demand and the global shipping environment. Revel will notify the customer of our best estimated shipping lead time, however, these times are subject to change due to part availability and supply chain constraints. Complete bikes are fully assembled, test ridden, and then disassembled before they are carefully packed into our shipping cartons.

This process requires great attention to detail to ensure the best ride quality of our bikes right out of the box and we appreciate your patience with build timeframes.

Warranty

Every Revel bicycle frame is covered by a limited warranty to the original owner and a lifetime crash replacement policy. Here’s the legal language:
The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, including manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product. The warranty does not cover any damage or defects caused by abuse, accidents, or other incidents that are not the result of normal use of the product.

A DREAMY RIDE

The Rover is our take on what a modern gravel bike should be: fast when you want it, comfortable when you need it, and capable enough to keep exploring when the pavement ends. Built around progressive gravel geometry and a dialed carbon layup, the Rover delivers a smooth, confident ride over long miles and mixed terrain. It feels equally at home on pavement, rough dirt roads, rolling singletrack, and everything in between.

SPEED AND VERSATILITY

The Rover blends efficiency with real versatility. A compliant carbon frame and fork help take the edge off long rides, while modern gravel geometry keeps handling stable, comfortable, and fast.

Multiple mounts for bottles and gear make it easy to go long, and dropper post compatibility adds confidence when the route turns technical. With updated builds and 45mm tires spec'd, the Rover is ready for everything from gravel racing to weekend overnighters.

FAQ

CAN I RUN A FRONT DERAILLEUR ON THE ROVER?

The Rover is designed to be 1x drivetrain specific and is therefore not compatible with front derailleurs.

CAN I RUN SHIMANO DI2 ON THE ROVER?

Yes, Di2 can be run with a junction box at the handlebars and the battery in the seat tube. The battery cable will use the dropper routing port and the derailleur wire will run through the standard derailleur cable port. Please check Shimano Di2 Documentation for specific parts and compatibility information.

IS THE ROVER DROPPER POST COMPATIBLE?

Yes! The Rover has a dedicated, fully guided internal routing for a 27.2mm seatpost diameter dropper post. And our GRX group comes standard with the left shifter being your Dropper Remote.

CAN I RUN A GRAVEL-SPECIFIC SUSPENSION FORK ON THE ROVER?

No. This will void the frame warranty. We haven't tested our Rover for the longer A-C of gravel suspension forks. We prototyped our carbon frame and fork like crazy to settle on a really smooth, comfortable riding gravel bike, so we're confident you'll be extremely pleased with the ride quality!

WHAT IS THE LARGEST WATER BOTTLE I CAN RUN ON A REVEL?

The Rover was designed to fit 3 22oz water bottles inside the front triangle of M-XXL sizes and 2 22oz water bottles inside the front triangle of the size small. Additionally, we have included a set of bottle bosses under the downtube for additional bottle or storage carrying capacity on all sizes!

WHAT CHAINLINE SHOULD I RUN ON THE ROVER?

The Rover is designed to accomodate either a 45mm chainline or 47.5mm chainline.

WHAT IS THE LARGEST CHAINRING I CAN RUN ON A REVEL?

50T round chainring at a 47.5mm chainline or 46T round chainring at 45mm chainline.

WHAT IS THE CROWN RACE ANGLE ON THE ROVER FORK?

36 degrees.

CAN I PUT A MOUNTAINBIKE CASSETTE ON THE ROVER?

Yes you can, just make sure the chain has enough length for the 52t in the rear! Currently only available with wireless shifting.

CAN I PUT FLAT BARS ON A ROVER?

Sure! We do not highly recommended it based on its Geometry, but it does not void warranty.

CAN THIS BE USED AS A CYCLOCROSS BIKE?

Of course! While it is not yet UCI Certified, we think this would make a great Cross bike if you do not want to have a specific bike for Gravel and Cross.

DOES THIS BIKE HAVE RACK OR FENDER MOUNTS?

No, it doesn't. If you want to get a little more out there on your gravel bike, check out the Revel R+.

REVIEWS

Revel Rover - A Love Letter

I would recommend the Revel Rover to anyone who has a mountain bike background and wants a gravel bike that can go fast, is capable, rides like butter, and can seriously rip. Maybe you’re hesitant and thinking, “What’s all this gravel stuff about?” Just hop on the Rover and trust me, you’ll have fun.

Outside Magazine Velo Rover Review

Where the Rover felt happiest was going between flowy singletrack sections. It’s an astute climber on dirt, as turn-in is fairly accurate and the bike doesn’t get unsettled moving your body weight around to ensure either the front or rear wheels have traction at the right times. And on flats and most descents, the bike’s smoothness lets you pedal through gritty terrain one might otherwise coast through on a rigid gravel bike.

The Radavist Rover Review

The Rover is the first carbon chassis I’ve ridden that feels smooth and doesn’t leave me fatigued after rough and rugged roads. This has a lot to do with the fork itself, which flexes a whole lot considering its robust appearance.
