Return Policy

At Revel Bikes, we believe in our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your Revel for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Of course, we ask that you respect this policy by returning items in new and re-sellable condition (no purposely buying a bike for a long term “rental” allowed!). Failure to return products in like-new condition may result in the deduction of a “re-stocking fee” from your refund. We believe in our products and we want you to be thrilled with your purchase.

Warranty Policy

Every Revel bicycle frame is covered by a lifetime limited warranty to the original owner. Bottom Line- if you buy a bike from us and anything goes wrong, we’ll stand behind our products and get you taken care of. Here’s the legal language: The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, including manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover any damage or defects caused by abuse, accidents, or other incidents that are not the result of normal use of the product. All Revel frames must be registered for this lifetime warranty within 30 days of the date of purchase with Revel Bikes, Inc. All other Revel-brand products (for example, handlebars) are covered by a one- year (1-year) warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, including manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover any damage or defect caused by abuse, accidents, or other incidents that are not the result of normal use of the product. These bicycle frame and Revel-branded parts warranties do not cover wear and tear accrued under normal use. All Revel products must be returned to Revel for warranty repairs and/or replacement. Revel will, in its sole discretion, determine if the damage or defect is within the warranty terms, and either repair or replace the product. If Revel determines the defect or damage is not within the warranty terms (i.e. caused by an incident unrelated to defects or a result of normal wear and tear), Revel may nonetheless, in its sole discretion, permit the customer to purchase a “crash replacement” product at a discounted price. Revel will pay for all reasonable shipping costs related to warranty claims.
